Before you fly
- With one scheduled route, confirm the flight is operating after booking; allow enough time at DFW for connections.
- West Texas weather changes quickly, and storms or strong wind can disrupt flights; check airline notices.
About the data
Runways, elevation and coordinates come from OurAirports open data. Routes and carriers come from the June 2014 OpenFlights snapshot and include codeshares and interline services; they indicate network shape and scale, not current schedules.
History
The city-owned field is dominated by general aviation and military training, with American Eagle as its sole scheduled carrier today — seven regional-jet flights a day to Dallas–Fort Worth. Earlier services came and went: Allegiant left in 2007 and Continental Connection pulled out of Houston in 2008.
