About
Global Airport Maps is an airport navigation directory. It organises illustrated terminal layouts, gate ranges, ground transport and terminal facilities for airports worldwide, by country and region — so you know how an airport is put together before you get there.
What we cover
- Terminal layout diagrams — one per airport, showing terminal buildings, gate positions, the links between terminals and the ground transport node.
- Terminal guides — gate ranges, gate counts, main airlines and available facilities for each terminal.
- Ground transport — how to get from the airport into the city: rail, bus, taxi, car and ferry.
- Airport facilities — duty-free shopping, lounges, free Wi-Fi, currency exchange, left luggage, medical rooms, food and parking.
How to use the site
- Type an airport name, city or IATA code into the search box (for example
LHR,Dubai,Heathrow) to jump straight to an airport. - Browse every airport in a country or region via By country.
- Filter the directory by country, or sort by passenger volume, name, IATA code or last update.
- On an airport page, review the terminal layout, gate ranges, ground transport and frequently asked questions.
Tip: search matches both English and Chinese names. Typing
北京on the English site still finds Beijing Capital International Airport.
About the data
The terminal layout diagrams are drawn automatically from the number of terminals, the gate count and the ground transport node. They are intended to convey the overall shape of an airport and how its terminals relate to one another. They are not surveyed, to-scale floor plans and are no substitute for the official terminal maps published by an airport.
Terminal counts, gate counts, main airlines, annual passenger volumes and ground transport details are compiled from public sources. Airports are rebuilt and extended frequently, so treat this as a planning aid and confirm details with the airport.

English is the default language, so the site root (/) opens the English version. Switching language keeps you on the airport or country you were viewing rather than sending you back to the homepage. Airport and terminal names, facility labels, ground transport modes and the labels inside the terminal diagrams are all localized.
